20 MCQsUpdated 3 November 2026

Knowing the norms of conduct is one thing; applying them at the counter, in the office and in the community is another. This set presents everyday situations faced by government employees, such as a friend asking to skip the queue, a relative applying to your office, a request to campaign or a supervisor asking for a shortcut, and asks for the most appropriate response under RA 6713, RA 3019, the anti-red tape law and the Constitution.

In situation questions, look for the option that follows the law, treats everyone fairly and keeps the public's trust. Options that "help" one person at the expense of others, or that hide a problem, are almost always wrong.
